Three Meriden students selected to attend National Art School

Three Visual Arts students from Meriden have been accepted to attend the National Art School’s HSC Intensive Studio Practice. This highly selective and prestigious course accepts only thirty applicants annually and applications are open to Year 11 Visual Arts students in all government and non-government high schools in NSW.

Coco Wang, Jessica Lim and Janice Gao will attend the nine-day course which is designed to enhance and extend students’ technical, conceptual and intellectual skills under the direction of experienced practising artists. The three Year 11 students  will have the opportunity to work in their chosen discipline of drawing and painting.
