The Senior campus is officially buzzing! Cocurricular groups are back in full swing, and yesterday that energy overflowed into the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre.

There is nothing quite like the atmosphere of our Swimming Carnival. To see ten Houses transform the venue into a symphony of colour and encouragement, was a joy to witness – a powerful display of collective identity.

Congratulations to every student who took to the water to earn points for their House. We look forward to celebrating our final results and awards when they are presented in the Week 5 Assembly. Our thanks go to the Sport Department, whose thorough planning ensured the day ran seamlessly.

As we celebrate the spirit of our students, we invite you to help us foster that same sense of inclusion and growth within our parent community. Our Parents and Friends’ (P and F) Association is a wonderful way to enrich the school experience, and we warmly encourage both new and returning parents to register their interest here. Whether you have a specific skill to share or simply want to stay better connected with other families, your involvement helps the P and F continue building the welcoming, engaged environment Meriden is known for.

Key Reminders

• Year 10 Vaccinations: Tomorrow, Friday 13 February, a team from NSW Health will be on-site to deliver the Meningococcal ACWY vaccine to Year 10 students. Please ensure your daughter is wearing her Sport uniform for the day to facilitate the vaccination process.
• Lost Property: If your daughter has misplaced any items during the busy start to the Term, please encourage her to visit the lost property area as soon as possible. It is located on the Deck, outside AS11, and is opened daily during each recess.
