Farewell to Year 12 | Year 11 Hospitality | Year 10 Exams
Farewell to Year 12
This is a very special time of the year for Year 12. They have finally made it to the end of their time in the classroom. It is a moment to pause and reflect on their time at school, all they have learned and the people who have influenced their journey. We especially think of all the teachers who have dedicated extra time and effort in supporting these students. May the girls prepare well for their final exams.
Year 11 Hospitality
This week, Year 11 Hospitality students participate in their second work placement week. This is a mandatory component of their VET course and gives them valuable experience in a restaurant setting, where they can assist with food preparation and see first-hand the working environment for people in this industry. We wish them well with this exciting experience.
Year 10 Exams
Year 10 yearly exams are early in Term 4. Students will receive information about these exams by the end of the term. The holiday break is a good opportunity for these students to organise their notes and plan their study routine for the beginning of the term.
While some revision and preparation time is helpful in this term break, students also need some time to rest and have a break from their normal study routine. Year 10 students have been spending time during their pastoral lessons learning about good study habits which they can put into practice for these final assessment tasks of the year.
